콘스탄티누스 1세(라틴어: Flavius Valerius Aurelius Constantinus, 272년 2월 27일 - 337년 5월 22일)는 중기 로마 황제(재위 306년 - 337년)이다. 흔히 기독교사에서는 콘스탄티누스 대제(Constantinus the Great)로 통칭하며, 동방 정교회는 성인으로 추대하여 성 콘스탄티누스 대제(그리스어: Μέγας Κωνσταντίνος, 라틴어: Sanctus Constantinus Magna)로 부른다. 306년 7월 25일 브리타니아의 요크에서 병사들에 의해 군주로 추대되어 337년 사망하는 날까지 로마 제국을 통치했다.
